How a Fourth Grade Classroom Changed Everything
A teacher’s phone call changed the course of my life. After reading a fourth-grade writing assignment, my teacher called my mother—not to talk about a problem, but to say, “Eboni has a gift.” That simple sentence became the foundation of everything that followed.

I went on to study business and journalism, drawn to the place where strategy and storytelling meet. For nearly a decade, I served nonprofit organizations throughout South Florida, helping teams communicate clearly, secure funding, and tell stories that honored the communities they served.
Over time, I realized that writing wasn’t just about putting words on a page. It was about creating opportunities—opening doors to resources, relationships, and rooms that might otherwise stay closed. I founded The Write Addict to bring that same level of care, strategy, and craftsmanship to every project.
